Do you want to tone your arms, thighs, or your whole body? This class is for you! Your training program will be oriented towards exercises dedicated to muscle strengthening.

The muscular reinforcement course is oriented on two axes: toning and bodybuilding of the body in a more general way. The aim is to work on one or more muscles at the same time, with a view to aesthetics, development, and muscle strengthening.

Course of the session

We will first establish a training program together based on your health and fitness level.

This strength training program will evolve over time and will be established in several stages. The exercises, loads and number of repetitions of the movements will inevitably change as you progress.

Different training cycles will be proposed throughout your program and will be composed of a set of physical training methods that will serve to maintain and/or develop your muscles.
