Back pain

This course aims to relieve and/or prevent back pain and strengthen the muscles of the spine. Feelings of discomfort, sciatica, or lumbar pain, you will be helped with these problems which can become a real handicap if nothing is done.

Course of the session

Beforehand, you will have an initial interview to establish your training program. During this interview, you will define the nature of your problem, you will measure the importance of your pathology and finally, you will take stock of your medical history which is essential to the setting up of your personalized program.

During your sessions, precise and adapted exercises will be given to you, essentially based on strengthening, stretching, and softening movements of the back. In addition, and to prevent bad postures, you will learn how to strengthen and muscle your back to prevent any future discomfort.
