The European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) is an independent register of instructors, trainers, and teachers working in the European health, fitness, and physical activity sector.

It recognizes the qualifications and competencies of exercise professionals and is an important assurance to the public and employers that their instructor or employee is qualified to carry out their role safely and effectively.

Tom's career in the fitness world is all about learning as much as possible for an active, healthy, and fit lifestyle, with a mission to influence and help others.

Licensed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Physical Coaching Academy, Tom is also recognized by the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) EQF Level 4.

During group classes, he likes to push his students to excel through fun and challenging exercises to fun and challenging music.

In Personal coaching, he likes to meet your needs if they converge with his vision of the sport! Demanding, if you ask him, he will get you out of your sporty comfort zone for maximum results.

With just over years experience in the fitness world, Tom has never stopped progressing thanks to the passionate people who have helped him enormously in his training. This passion for the sport and enthusiasm to share it has only grown year after year.

Primary & Secondary Care Certified

Tom is trained and certified to treat emergency accidents. He is also competent in administering emergency first aid, the use of an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator), and the administration of oxygen if required.
